Based in Middletown, Maryland, I am the founder of CallHR Consulting, where I use my extensive corporate background to provide clear, reliable, and real‑world HR support to growing and established organizations. I'm known for my calm, compassionate guidance and my ability to navigate even the most complex HR challenges with professionalism and care. In 2022, I received my Society of Human Resources Management Certification and continue the required education to maintain current in the field of Human Resources. I realized early in my career that situations are not always black or white but shades of gray.

Outside of work, I enjoy life with my family and our two beloved dogs, Kalie and Freddy, who keep things lively at home and remind me daily of the importance of balance, joy, and connection.
